At TrueBytes, we provide digital and IT-based services that require significant time, resources, and planning. To maintain fairness and transparency, our refund policy is as follows:


1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are not issued once:

  • Work has started
  • Access, designs, or deliverables have been shared
  • Initial planning or consultation is completed

2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • No significant work has begun
  • Client cancels within 24 hours of payment
  • Client is not satisfied with work.

A processing fee may apply.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Website design or development started
  • Custom software work
  • Hosting and domain purchases
  • IT support sessions already delivered
  • Service consultations or strategy calls

4. Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project is considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
